Primary School — Primary

MESSAGE FROM THE HEAD OF PRIMARY SCHOOL

I have been teaching since August 1999 and have used my qualifications to teach in various countries. I want to start by expressing how thrilled I am to have joined such a vibrant and dynamic Primary School community where all students, from Early Years through to Grade 5, are valued as individuals and given outstanding opportunities to discover and develop their talents and interests both academically and artistically, where parental support is supportive, collaborative and aligns to our family ethos.

We have a diverse student body from over 50 different countries sharing their culture and traditions with us, making this a fully inclusive and international school.

Every child matters. Our dedicated staff promote The Nines, and we are proud of our recent New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) accreditation alongside the Cambridge Curriculum. We aim to provide a broad and balanced education for all our students within a happy, stimulating and healthy environment. We inspire each student to achieve the best that they can.

I see every child as an individual. Each student has a unique skill, or blend of skills and every student needs to be educated holistically, that is to say mentally, physically, socially and emotionally. The rounded development of their skills will allow students to access different levels of success, via experience and/or technology, as we evolve into becoming a more global community.

Welcome to our community of continual learners!

Kind regards,
Mrs. Karen McNeely,
Head of Primary.
