ISH Community

Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA)

“We connect, we communicate, we contribute.”

We would like to extend a warm welcome to the ISH Community from the PTSA (Parents, Teachers & Students Association)

The PTSA is an association of all parents or caregivers, students and teachers whose mission is to create an inclusive well-informed community in which all families are welcome and encouraged to participate.

We are a group of parents, teachers and one student representative from ISH who meet on a regular basis to organise events to bring the school community together.

The PTSA is committed to key ISH community principles:

We assume good intent and are non-judgemental.
We focus our time on the activities that have the biggest positive impact on the community.
We place value on building positive relationships that enable us to support the school mission.
We welcome everyone, respect differences and are open to a wide range of viewpoints.
We keep everyone informed.

We connect.
We communicate.
We contribute.

PTSA Initiatives

The PTSA is proud to announce their continued funding of the project “One World, Many Stories”. Last year the PTSA donated $2670 to the school library.

Already the PTSA is working with Ms Miya, our school librarian to continue supporting the school library. Over the next few months, we will keep you updated with the purchasing and then the arrival of all this great new reading material!

We also founded “One World Many Stories” donating books for the library for the last seven years.
